vendors and executive leadership. I am part of the C&E team for the RMR
MT/WY/NE markets. I kick off the NDER process through IWOS ticket creation.
This is the design document to start jobs with the appropriate vendor. This
can be for any job we do in the markets. NSBs,SEC ADD,conversions,and UMTS or
LTE work. This also includes working with the RNC group and MSN group in
getting correct IP assignments for the NDERs.I also start the PO process by
getting quotes from the vendor for each project. I have to break down the
quotes and make sure they are accurate before we request payment for them. I
also am in charge of getting EDPs published for our ETTCS and LTE projects.
So basically we have the hardware guys that work with the turf vendors to
physically bring up the sites and then there is me who handles the software
part of it. I am also in charge of the TVW’s which Is the testing template
for 911 test calls. These calls to the PSAP come after integrations.Some of
the tools I use are EPADD,IWOS,NDER,TVW,CTS,Autoforms PACE,CASPR. Centurylink Transport Planner July 2012 – Dec 2012 I
am part of a team
that supports
customer sold projects and network growth and evolution plans of the National
Transport Network. I support the West region, mainly CO,MT,WA and OR. But
have helped in other areas. Some of the output of my work is creating
Fireworks jobs to obtain and procure funding for equipment and labor.
Creating JIMS to implement the equipment and create SOW’s for more detailed
explanation of the work. Also provide FOA’s and routing docs to provisioning
to show end to end mapping of circuits i.e. A and Z end.Some of the other

to a juniper equipment change out. I was in charge of creating paths in
granite to reflect the changes. i.e. adva at customer prem. I was also in
charge of finding and creating CLLI codes the CLONES database for the San

2011-Feb 2012 Responsibilities include training of
Granite (XNG) engineers. Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME). Xpercom/XNG
Granite Data Integrity Engineer includes duties of building of equipment
(Cable Wizard, Port Mapping Wizard, ports, paths, and segments). Transport
Engineer for the Carolina region. Perform Legacy data conversion, via
database input. Build Switch and Cell Equipment identification and assignment
records. These documents were then assigned to overall Cell Site & PSTN
records. SONET, UMTS, Ethernet, and DS0 thru OC192 layers 1 and 2. Part of a
team that did the design to bring up a new switch in Columbia and Charlotte.
I was a lead in all W2W connections for the Southeast. In charge of all
backhaul assignments i.e. oc3, oc12 etc… for NC and SC. Time Warner Cable Tellabs Granite/XNG/Xpercom SME Contractor July 2010 – March 2011 Part of team that
input equipment, Layer 1 and Layer 2 transport into Granite. I was team lead for
SC, Raleigh, Charlotte and Wilmington regions. My team used SASI
loader to input data from site audits into Granite. Another part of my
team built rings and path’s for the Carolina’s. Acted as project
manager for latter part of project to help ensure timely completion. Hosted meetings,

2007-December 2009 I was part of the E911 team responsible for
ensuring 911 calls were working across our entire nationwide network. My team
was the highest escalation point in Comcast for 911 issues. I have
provisioning experience in both the BTS and Cedarpoint switches. We used an
MGX to handle the transport part of the calls. Implemented NENA i2 solution
this year utilizing TCS for ALI updates. Ran diversity reports to ensure true
diversity among our trunks and routes were correctly designed. Performed
trunk rolls as needed. Used Metasolv for an inventory of 911 trunk groups and
transport facilities. Some of our highest priorities were handling cannot
dial 911, auto dial tickets; Miss provisioned tickets and any escalations
that would come up. We also used CALEA to set wire taps as needed by the FBI.
Observed trunk reports to make sure we were properly utilizing facilities and
worked with the transport and design team providing guidance on how to roll
t1’s to the proper t3’s for proper cost effective routing. Worked with local

Wireless Aurora, Colorado Transport Engineer September, 2004 –
May 2006 I was Responsible
for developing transport facilities planning, forecasting and/or design and
optimizing the physical network transport facilities, PSTN and LD trunks.
Provided analysis on carrier performance and bandwidth utilization and
planning for a 6-month to 18-month period for specific geographic areas,
Colorado and Idaho. Such transport network facilities includes: PSTN, LD,
Wireless to Wireless, DS0,DS1, DS3, OC3, OC192 Ring Designs and entrance
facilities utilized for connectivity of Inter-office facilities (IOF),
inter-machine trunks (IMT), and wireless to wireless transport systems
Ordered E911 trunks to the new PSAP’s for phase 2.Allocated customer
facilities assignment (CFA) and provisioned spans using ASR’s for new build
cell sites and growth for existing trunk groups i.e. 2A,2B, LD etc. using
